What is WiFi Auto Check-In?
WiFi Auto Check-In automatically checks users into their desk or parking space bookings when they connect to an approved office WiFi network at booking start time. This reduces miss
ed check-ins and removes the need for manual action.
Configuration Overview
WiFi Auto Check-In supports two levels of configuration:
1. Building-Wide Networks
-
A single WiFi network applies to the entire building
-
Users are auto checked in when connected anywhere within the building
2. Floor-Specific Networks
-
Different WiFi networks per floor
-
Auto check-in triggers only when the user connects to the correct floor network
