Step 1: Access Enterprise Applications
You can start by signing in to the Azure portal.

Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise Applications.
Step 2: Create a New Application

Click + New Application.

Select + Create your own application.

Enter a name such as "Othership Scheduler".

Choose Integrate any other application you donβt find in the gallery (Non-Gallery).

Click Create.
Step 3: Open the Provisioning Section

In the application's left-hand menu, click Provisioning under the Manage section.
Step 4: Configure Provisioning Mode

Set Provisioning Mode to Automatic.
Step 5: Set the SCIM Endpoint

In the Tenant URL field, enter the following endpoint:
https://hwms-api.othership.com/api/v1/azure/scim
Step 6: Enter the Secret Token

Paste the Secret Token you generated earlier from the HWMS - Othership interface.
To generate the Secret Token:

Log in to your Othership admin dashboard.

Navigate to Settings > Organisation Integrations > SCIM Provisioning.

Click Generate Token.

Copy the token after generation.

Step 7: Test the Connection

Click Test Connection.

Wait for a confirmation message indicating a successful connection.
Step 8: Save and Enable Provisioning

Click Create to apply your configuration and enable provisioning.
Step 9: Assign Users and Groups

Assign users and groups to the application. Each user and group assignment creates a provisioning request for the Othership Workplace Scheduler.
Step 10: User Login via Azure AD SAML
Once provisioned, users can log in to the Othership Workplace Scheduler using the Azure AD SAML application.
