In the 'Visitor Management' section, select the 'Create Email Template' button to proceed.

You can create a separate email template for each visit type. Once you have finished composing the email, click the 'Create' button to save your changes.
Additionally, you have the option to incorporate shortcodes to personalize your email template. Here are some useful shortcodes you can use:
**[Visitor Name]**: Displays the name of the visitor.
**[Company Name]**: Represents the name of the company associated with the visit.
**[Building Address]**: Shows the address of the building.
**[Visitor Details]**: Includes the visit schedule, such as the date and time of the visit.
