# How to set up visitor management settings in a building?

### Step 1

Navigate to the 'Settings' menu.

### Step 2

Choose the 'Building' option from the menu.

### Step 3

Click on the ![Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg](https://knowledge.othership.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg.png?width=19&height=19&name=Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg.png) button of the building you want to set the policy and select 'Edit & Manage'.

### Step 4

In the 'Visitor Management' section, you will find options to connect a tablet for visitor check-in, as well as a documents section where you can upload any forms that visitors need to sign prior to entering the building. Additionally, you can customize the Welcome email template that will be sent to visitors.
