# How to set the desk policies in your building?

### Step 1

### Step 2

Select 'Building'.

### Step 3

Click on the ![Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg](https://knowledge.othership.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg.png?width=19&height=19&name=Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg.png) button of the building you want to set the policy and select 'Edit & Manage'.

### Step 4

Scroll down to the 'Desk policies' section. There you can manage and set your policies such as Advance booking threshold,  Max reservation length, Check-in threshold etc.
