Step 1
Click on your organization icon located in the top right corner of the window, then select "View Profile" from the dropdown menu under your name.
Step 2
Directly below your profile picture on the right side, you will see two buttons labeled "My Favorites" and "Favorited Me." Click the "My Favorites" button to view all the users you have marked as favorites. Alternatively, click the "Favorited Me" button to see all the users who have added you to their favorites.
Step 3
To manage the users who have added you to their favorites, click on the "Favorited Me" button. Next, locate the contact you wish to remove and click the "Cancel" button next to their name.
