Head to 'Settings'.

Select 'Buildings'.

Click on the menu buttonon the building listed and click on 'Edit & Manage'.

Scroll down to the floors section, click on the menu button for the floor where you want to edit the plan, and then choose 'Edit Plan'.

In the floor plan, you can manage the available desks by adding or removing them as needed, setting up booking policies, and modifying privacy settings to suit your requirements. Once you have made all necessary adjustments, click the 'Publish' button to save your changes.
