# How to list my workspace on Othership?

## Easily list your space, set your rules, and start welcoming remote workers through Othership.

Whether you run a cosy café, creative studio, dedicated coworking space, or full-scale event venue, **Othership** makes it easy to welcome flexible workers, host meetings, and run events. You stay in full control of your availability, pricing, and booking rules, while we connect you with a growing community of remote professionals.

### Hosting with Othership in 3 Simple Steps

**1. Create Your Vendor Account**  
Register your space at **[venues.othership.com/register](https://venues.othership.com/register)** to get started. Need help? Check out our recorded [video guide](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-urrPcwgtVhPRsbaRrO4hMuEsYZxqAKQ/view?usp=drive_link) for step-by-step instructions.

**2. Set Your Own Rules**  
You decide your schedule, pricing, and any specific requirements for guests. Our team will use this information to create a listing that reflects your space accurately.

**3. Welcome Your Guests**  
Once your space is reviewed and approved, it will go live on the platform. From there, flexible workers can start booking directly with you online.

### Free to List Your Space

There are no upfront costs or complicated invoices. Listing your space is completely **free**, especially if you offer a valuable perk to our Premium Members.

If you choose not to offer a perk, you only pay when someone books. A simple commission applies: **£1 per booking or 10% of the transaction**, whichever is greater. No hidden fees.
