# How to invite others to your schedule?

### Step 1

Head to the 'Planner'.

### Step 2

Click on the date you want to invite others.

### Step 3

In the pop-up, Click on the ![Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg](https://knowledge.othership.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg.png?width=19&height=19&name=Kebab-menu-ui-icon-1.svg.png) button of your schedule and select 'Invite Others'.

### Step 4

Enter the names of the people you want to invite and click on the 'Invite People' button. FYI you can also your groups.
