How to delete your Workplace Scheduler account?

Members of an organisation cannot independently deactivate or delete their Othership accounts, as these accounts are owned and managed by the organisation.

If you’re a member and wish to deactivate your account temporarily or delete it permanently, please contact your organisation’s administrator. Only they have the necessary permissions to make changes to your account.

To ensure a smooth process, provide your administrator with relevant account details and the reason for your request.
