# How to book a meeting room in your office?

### Step 1

Navigate to the 'Floor Plan' section.

### Step 2

On the floor plan, choose your desired date and time for the booking, select the meeting room you wish to reserve, and then click the 'Book Now' button.

### Step 3

Complete the required information, specify the booking frequency, and then click the 'Book Now' button.
