Step 1:
Log into the Microsoft 365 admin center using the Administrator credentials for your company's account.
Step 2:
Access the Resources section from the main menu.
Step 3:
Select "Rooms & Equipment".
Step 4:
In the Rooms & Equipment page, click on "Add resource".
Step 5:
Input the necessary details for the room in the 'Add Resource' pop-up window, then click the 'Save' button to finalize the addition.
Step 6:
Continue adding resources for each of the bookable spaces available in your office.
