How to connect Microsoft Room Resources and sync your meeting rooms/spaces?

Before starting check you have:

Step 2:

  • Navigate to the settings menu.

Step 3:

  • Select the "Organization Integrations" option from the menu.

Step 4:

  • You must now grant permissions using an Office 365 Global Admin account. 
  • Select the "Grant Permission" button under the Microsoft 365 section.
  • Authenticate using your Office 365 Global Admin Account.
  • Once you have successfully granted the necessary permissions, the connect button will become available for use in a later step.

Step 5:

We now need to check that the Service Account has access to the Othership Workplace Scheduler Admin app. To do this:

  • Open Microsoft Entra
  • Go to Identity --> Enterprise Applications in the menu.


  • Click on the Othership Workplace Scheduler - Admin app in the applications list. Make sure it is the Admin app.
