Before starting check you have:
- Created Room Resources in Microsoft 365.
- Created a Service Account in Microsoft Exchange
- Assigned delegate access permissions to your Service Account for Microsoft Room Resources.
Step 1:
- Access your Workspace Scheduler account by signing in with your credentials.
Step 2:
- Navigate to the settings menu.
Step 3:
- Select the "Organization Integrations" option from the menu.
Step 4:
- You must now grant permissions using an Office 365 Global Admin account.
- Select the "Grant Permission" button under the Microsoft 365 section.
- Authenticate using your Office 365 Global Admin Account.
- Once you have successfully granted the necessary permissions, the connect button will become available for use in a later step.
Step 5:
We now need to check that the Service Account has access to the Othership Workplace Scheduler Admin app. To do this:
- Open Microsoft Entra
- Go to Identity --> Enterprise Applications in the menu.
- Click on the Othership Workplace Scheduler - Admin app in the applications list. Make sure it is the Admin app.
- Click on Users and Groups and add the Service Account you created and assigned delegate access to for the resources.
Step 6:
- Head back to the Othership Workplace Scheduler → Settings → Organisation Integrations.
- Click the Connect button for Microsoft 365 and authenticate with your Service Account.
